12am In Keta

Poetic stream of consciousness

Let me drop the façade
Let you into my soul
I know they banned it
But these lonely drives are starting to take a toll
Tired of all the Twitter games
I started taking names so I can avoid these cliques
I’m fidgeting on this MacBook, trying to get rich
Haven’t talked to my therapist in a bit
Talking more to myself
Seen my account go from 4 to 6 digits
Feels like I need more
All I read is dumb thoughts
I don’t know why I expected more
Me and ol girl stopped texting
And now I’m back to being myself
Realising this city is bad for my health
Introvert tired of these extrovert events
Everyone faking
I see through the bullshit
Doesn’t make sense
Friends matching up
I’m thinking relocation
They said my time’s gonna come
I’m just being patient
She hit me on the text
Asking about our relationship
I keep her in my zone
If she catch feelings
I kick her out so I can be alone
I had to kill and bury my past in the beach
So watch how you address me
With your words
I’m in the driver seat full throttle
Ready to kick anyone to the curb
