Deep breath….

Hey there! What’s up with you? You good? Hope so.

I’m not feeling too well but it comes with my line of work.

It’s almost the end of 2021. We’re in November and so it will be December and then 2022! (By the way, January 2022 is my birthday month).

So what have I been up to?

Well, I finally got to travel again. I took a trip to Dubai in late September. I haven’t gotten a chance to write about the trip itself and I did write about the logistics involved especially with all these COVID protocols in place.

Ok. So what else is going on? Oh yeah, I’m done with Instagram personally. It’s just not for me anymore. It started to feel like like I’m scrolling through “nothingness”. It’s also become too much of a marketplace. I wish it was like the old days with cool nice pictures. I’m trying to adapt to VSCO now. (VSCO name: jakuuire)

I tried again with Snapchat. I lasted a bit longer actually. I think I like the chat functionality but I got tired (Observation: People love posting from past memories. Anyway…). So yeah, I’m off that as well.

Also, slowly…getting tired of Twitter. Been culling my Twitter follows and trying to create a better experience in my Twitter timeline. But I do love Twitter and its ability to keep me in the loop as far as content and stories. But man, it’s addicting…

So yeah, I need to try and be less on Twitter. So maybe going back to blogging? We’ll see….

Also, still managing Tech Nova. I have two new writers who are pushing stories which is cool. Also, I have some new thoughts on Tech Nova going forward. Will post on that later.

Also, trying to buy a new car (Sidebar: Someone needs to disrupt the vehicle purchasing experience in Ghana. It needs to be done asap). So yeah, I’m officially broke after dumping a large amount on a deposit 😅

I am not looking forward to December in Ghana because about 150,000+ tourists are expected to travel to Ghana and unfortunately, most of them will be in Accra which is already crowded enough as it is. So yeah, expect heavy traffic.

Lastly, I would like to say goodbye to my pet dog. The poor girl was old and in pain. We had to put her down which makes me immensely sad. But it was for the best and I think she will be in a better place 😔

Till next time…
